A second-generation skin care expert, she now combines her activism for health and environmentalism with expertise in clinical skin care and nutritional science to develop effective, natural skin care products for pregnant women and children.

A clinician with more than two decades of experience, Kim focuses on skin care as health care to support beauty and optimize skin immunity for women and children.  She shares her experience internationally with dermatologists and estheticians, as well as childbirth and postpartum professionals and parents; underscoring the relationship between optimum health and skin care.

Leading child health advocacy groups and national media rely on Kim’s clinical expertise to help parents navigate the often confusing world of natural skincare. Now, as CEO of Babytime! by Episencial, Kim is dedicated to sharing her expertise with new and growing families to support the enhanced health and immunity that effective, natural and organic products can provide.


dr-greene-90sqAlan Greene, MD is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of California at San Francisco. Upon completion of his pediatric residency program at Children’s Hospital Medical Center of Northern California he served as Chief Resident. He entered primary care pediatrics in January 1993. He has been a Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at Stanford University School of Medicine, an Attending Pediatrician at Packard Children’s Hospital, and a Senior Fellow at the University California San Francisco Center for the Health Professions. Dr. Greene is the Past President of The Organic Center and on the Board of Directors of Healthy Child Healthy World. He is a founding partner of the Collaborative on Health and the Environment. He also consults for the Environmental Working Group. Dr. Greene is now in private practice in the Bay Area.



kathi-90sqKathi Salley Randall, RN, MSN, CNS, NNP-BC is a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with more than 17 years neonatal nursing experience and she is a passionate environmental advocate. In 2008, Kathi created a website, called to share resources and provide education to other concerned nurses working in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit. Kathi believes that a baby’s first bedroom whether in the NICU or at home should be free from toxins that can potentially harm a baby or the staff caring for the newborn. She is an international speaker and is excited to share with others the shocking reality of our modern chemical world and the health effects of some common skin care products.
